iPack FAQ
How long are my Minutes good for?

Apart from the initial 400 free minutes which are valid for six months, all of our prepaid bundles have a “lifetime” or are valid, for a year from the date that they become live. They become live at the point that the previous bundle either runs out of minutes or reaches the end of its lifetime. If during that time a Modem is suspended then the clock stops on the lifetime of the bundle, the clock starts running again when the modem is taken off suspension. The lifetime of the bundle is increased by the length of the suspension. So for example, if you had suspended a modem for the full three months after the bundle had been running for nine months, when the suspension ended, the bundle would still have three months left to go. How will I know my bundle is running short of minutes?

You will receive 2 emails for each modem with an existing prepay bundle in place. The first one is sent when the modem has less than 150 minutes remaining of its existing bundle, the second when it has less than 120 minutes remaining. We will automatically renew the bundle for you at that point. Unless of course you ask us not to, after receiving the first email. Rather than taking another prepaid bundle you can elect to continue the service on a post paid basis, the modem will then incur both line rental and MichMail charges in addition to the call costs. The bundle is automatically renewed at the second reminder email to ensure no data is lost. I’ve stopped receiving emails from my iPack what do I do?

In the first instance you should contact MiChroSat Support. The quickest way to do this is to send an email to support@wi-ltd.net, this is monitored by the support staff and will ensure the fastest response.
We will then investigate the problem and advise on the next step. Be sure to include the IMSI or IMEI number on the email, this allows us to get straight to the unit in question. My iPack has been Stolen what should I do?
