To compliment the MiChroSat product range, Wireless Innovation has developed a wide range of back office services to allow users an even greater ease of delivery to end users and integration with existing platforms.
These range from a billing solutions for end users, dealers, resellers and service providers, to its wide ranging MultiBurst platform which acts as a user configurable mediation, configuration and fulfillment system.
Wireless Innovation can through its MiChroBilling platform bill directly to end users, provide multi part invoicing to dealers and service providers who do not wish to host and maintain their own billing platform and can provide TAP files to those resellers who already have billing engines for other applications. Billing can be done as either calling party or called party (Reverse charges).
Multiburst is a software platform allowing data to be transmitted via the most efficient means over the satellite lnk, but delivered to the end user in the manner desired. For example sending data via email over satellite can be inefficient, however Multiburst allows a system to transmit via ftp from the remote site, and Multiburst will translate the file into an email attachment and forward it. Data files can be transmitted differently depending on their type or priority so a file could be delivered via email, but because of a flag in its header could also cause an alert SMS to be sent.
